Hongmei Li (Maria) is the President of the DAO Business Association, a leading platform dedicated to driving business growth through strategic networking. With 18 years of experience across diverse industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, automotive, energy, and information and communication technology (ICT), she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s business landscape.

Holding a Master’s Degree in International Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University, Maria possesses the expertise to bridge the gap between business strategy and human resources. This skill set has been instrumental in her work, particularly in organizing member events, coordinating conferences and seminars, managing trade shows, and facilitating key CEO interviews and networking opportunities.

Recognizing the social disconnect in the business world—where CEOs often struggle to identify the right connections to explore new opportunities—she was inspired to establish the DAO Business Association. Through this innovative platform, she has successfully united CEOs worldwide, fostering meaningful connections and unlocking valuable business prospects.

Beyond networking, she is committed to providing comprehensive consulting services, including business development, matchmaking, and social media marketing strategies. She ensures that each member receives the most relevant and impactful connections to help propel their business forward.

he Honorable Muhammad Nawaz Khan Jadoon is the Chairman of the DAO Business Association and a highly respected financial advisor recognized by the UAE government. With over 25 years of experience in the financial markets, his leadership has been a driving force behind the growth of several key sectors, including sustainability, real estate, oil and gas, and blockchain. His success is a result of his strategic approach to forming key alliances and partnerships across industries.

In 2009, Mr. Jadoon founded GCC Royals Investment and Development, where he played a pioneering role in trade finance at Pakistan’s largest bank, securing AED 3 billion in business. His vision quickly expanded into the oil and gas industry, where he issued a USD 500 million bond on the London Stock Exchange. This achievement, coupled with securing exclusive lubricant distribution rights in Pakistan in 2018, cemented his position as a leader in the sector. In 2019, he went on to launch the region’s first biofuel manufacturing firm, producing advanced biodiesel, marking a significant step toward sustainability and renewable energy.

Through his company, GCC Royals Capital, Mr. Jadoon has facilitated over USD 460 million in asset-backed projects across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions. His innovative initiatives are shaping the future of technology and sustainability, including the development of electric vehicles integrated with smart technology and groundbreaking vertical farming projects aimed at revolutionizing agriculture in the region.

Beyond his business ventures, Mr. Jadoon is also dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial development. He actively supports startups through the Evolve Network Club, which connects them with the resources and opportunities they need to grow. His contributions to the business landscape include overseeing the completion of more than 200 major projects, including the construction of Dubai’s second-tallest residential tower.

As an influential keynote speaker, Mr. Jadoon shares his insights on corporate governance, strategic planning, and leadership.
